We drove down to San Diego to pick him up from the adoption agency and he was so excited to be in the car that he jumped into the back seat and spent the entire trip leaning into the front seat, drooling on our shoulders.
What a catch.
The Beast spent his birthday eating a double helping of breakfast, cleaning up Benjamin’s rejected cheerios, and taking a leisurely stroll around the block. He has now tucked himself into bed here at my feet and is snoozing away.
