We're doing a bit of rearranging around the house. Our guest room is turning into Baby J's bedroom and guests will move down the hall to the room at the front of the house.
The room otherwise known as my junk room. Actually I prefer the term 'crafting room'. But that would be a stretch.
Anyway, it will henceforth be known as the guest room.
The current guest room was pretty plain and simple: a bed, dresser, nightstand, and chair. No artwork on the walls. I stored linens in the bureau. You can also see my fiasco of a dye job on the curtains. They started out as a nice moss green. And promptly faded into an awful puke yellow. I was so proud of them though, because I sewed them myself out of an old tablecloth. They've definitely got to go.
I'm actually fairly fond of the yellow walls but they're going to be replaced too...We're thinking a medium-toned blue grey.
Time to pack it up and move it out.
