The last time we backed anything up?
Um, that would be last December.
Which is actually better than I thought. I was worried that we didn't have any copies of our Africa photos.
Chris worked some computer magic and managed to recover everything. Which was amazing, considering that the computer went through a phase of only turning on for 15 seconds at a time. The man is a saint. [I seem to be saying that a lot lately, don't I? But between the work on the chicken coop and saving my digital 'stuff' from an untimely demise...I think those both qualify as miracles. One more such miraculous event, and I'm petitioning the pope for Chris' canonization.]
Anyway, the moral of this story:
Be ye not so stupid, my friends. BACK UP YOUR DATA.
