Team Sterna paradisaea is seeing a bit of competition from the Microsoft team IE Niners. Microsoft riders have the top two spots for individuals with the most miles traveled but plucky Team Sterna has six members in the top 20.
And that's key: Sterna is currently 1,500 miles ahead of IE Niners, and they're doing it as a 9- person team: their captain broke his wrist on Day #4. Ouch.
