I haven't got much in the way of a vegetable garden [yet] but our little patch of Seattle soil is home to three lovely chickens and a few bee hives. Peruse the adventures of our hens here and see what's happening in the apiary over here.
[On a side note: I took the City Chickens 101 class from Seattle Tilth and highly recommend it. I also took the City Goats class but haven't quite worked up the confidence to delve into caprine husbandry]
We're also in the very early stages of building a living roof on our shed. It's not much to look at right now [lots o' bare dirt] but we should be making significant progress in the next few weeks.
