Good news:
Both our hives are alive and well. Hooray!
We had a break in the rain so we popped open the lids for a quick look-see.
We had busy bees in both hives. We were surprised by the healthy numbers in Blue Moon and reassured by their remaining stores of capped honey.
Mud Honey is bursting with bees (we knew that) but a bit low on honey stores. Not surprising, given the number of mouths they have to feed.
A good day on the beekeeping front.
