A few weeks ago some girlfriends and I headed down to Fremont to tour the lovely and delicious Theo Chocolate Factory, the one and only organic, fair trade chocolatier in the grand ole USA. What can I say? They fed us lots and lots of chocolate. So of course we adored the entire experience.
And we got to wear the sexy hair nets. Always a plus.
My favorite room: the truffle production area. I have big plans to return here during the week and see the masters at work.
If you live in the Seattle area, I highly recommend this tour! At $6, it would be a steal thanks exclusively due to the free nibbles that they hand out every 10 minutes. A word of advice, get reservations in advance. They turned scores away at the door. You can thank me later. In chocolate bars, preferably.
