My parents celebrated their 60th birthday this year. They had a nice little get-together on Sunday, filled with lots of swimming, BBQ and homemade ice cream.
I am always touched by the sweet people that my parents count as their closest friends.
Plus, they make really good ice cream.
They're a collection of talented doctors, bicycle enthusiasts, and general contractors. And they are kind enough not to turn me down flat when I hit them up for medical, biking, and home restoration advice.
Thanks for collecting such good friends, Mom and Dad.
Plus, we got to celebrate the birthdays of my two kind, caring and generous parents.
