I decided that the pantry needed a facelift. Not a complete remodel, just a nice quick coat of glossy white paint. Greg and Katherine took out all the shelves and did an awesome cleaning job. My first task was the remove all the old nails and other misc. pieces of hardware. See picture above.
You know what's funny? I'm not half bad at this handyman (handywoman) stuff. Maybe all those tutorials from my dad actually sorta stuck. But don't get too excited. It might be more appropriate to state it this way: At least I haven't had any rush trips to the emergency room yet. Knock on wood.
