I was inspired by Alex and Cherie's strawberry rhubarb pie to attempt one of my own. I've never made a lattice top and it turned out fairly well. I manhandled the crust a bit too much but I'll do better next time. I will also go with slightly thicker strips too and use less sugar so the rhubarb has a bit more kick, taste-wise.
My garden is growing! My peas are up!
