We finally got out the bikes and went for our first ride of the new year. It was not pretty. I think I'm still in vacation mode and my muscles did not respond well to vigorous activity. We also had a head wind on the way back which further added to my discomfort. But it was good to get out. It was cool and clear this morning which makes for nice riding weather.
