We've been both working 14 and 15 hour days lately so we haven't had much time to post. Work, eat and sleep. Poor Bails is feeling desperately neglected.

On a slightly different note, I am continually amazed at the resourcefulness of Los Angeles' wildlife. A small lake created last week by a ruptured high pressure water line was occupied this morning by four mallards, a pair of red winged blackbirds, and an American Kestrel. Who knew that we had American Kestrels in this concrete desert?
