Well, this was a difficult weekend for my family. Losing a family member is never easy and this one was particularly heartbreaking. I think the one good thing about flying up to Seattle was that I got to spend time with my immediate family and my grandparents as well. My Uncle lives on the western side of Puget Sound so we had many opportunities to enjoy the ferry rides across the water. Mt. Ranier even came out for a day, despite the rainy weather.
