So, most of you know that California, specifically Southern California, has a water shortage problem. We're in such dire straits when it comes to drinking water that we're willing to pump entire rivers over mountain passes all the way from Northern California. Unfortunately, you can't really tell the scale here but there's a good chance I could walk through one of those pipes (and there are perhaps 8?). And of course, the mountains of the Grapevine are over 2,000 feet tall.
