This was my first attempt at sushi (top right) and modified spring rolls. And the results were far better than expected. I think I should have found a slightly better quality of tuna (it was a little stringy) but otherwise it wasn't half bad. We are now equipped with a complete sushi-making kit and beautiful serving dishes. Note the required fake grass on the spring rolls. Thank you, Julie!
