This morning we went on a great hike. It was probably the most remote area in Orange County that we've visited since we've been down here. For example, at the peak, we could only see housing developments in one direction rather than on all sides! We also saw some beautiful wildflowers today. I brought along my SLR camera so I was able to get some great pictures of the flowers. I'll post them once I develop the film. It's funny how quickly we've moved into the digital age. When I went to Costa Rica for my junior year of college, only one person on the trip owned a digital camera. Now, almost everyone has them. Today was the first time that I've bought film in literally years. I did really enjoy being able to use a manual camera again. I think I drove Chris nuts by stopping just about every two feet to take a new picture.
